Our website, and APIs were offline for approximately 15 minutes due to our hosting providers servers becoming inundated with DDOS attacks. The incident has been resolved, and new security measures have been implemented by our hosting provider. No user data has been compromised. Our user data is both end-to-end encrypted, as well as stored with private SHA-2 encryption keys, which combined with our rapid deployment of machine/server four-factor data encryption, allows Wind Cloud Australia to remain isolated from external security threats.
